2. Description of Service
Christmas Portrait Studio provides AI-powered image generation services that transform user-uploaded photos into Christmas-themed portraits. The Service includes various styles, character transformations, and customization options.
3. User Accounts and Credits
To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Credits purchased through the Service are non-transferable, non-refundable (except as required by law or our satisfaction guarantee), and do not expire.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and generate portraits based on your images.
Generated Content: You own the AI-generated portraits created from your photos. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes according to your purchased plan.
Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Upload content that violates any law or infringes on others' rights
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
- Use the Service for any automated or bulk processing without permission
- Share or resell your account access
6. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with your portraits within 24 hours of purchase, contact us for a full refund. After 24 hours, all sales are final.
7. Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn credits by inviting friends. Referral credits are subject to verification and may be revoked if we detect fraudulent activity or abuse of the program.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
